Aligning Our Goals — Q3 Strategy Meeting
We kicked off Friday morning in our conference room for our Q3 Strategy Meeting. It was a great opportunity to reflect on our achievements over the past months, review our core vision and mission, and align our roadmap for the upcoming quarter. Clear goals and open communication keep us moving forward together.
Wellness at Work — Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Workshop
After wrapping up our business targets, we shifted our focus toward health and well-being. We had the pleasure of inviting a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, Hui Fang, to lead a session titled “Stress Less, Sleep Better with TCM.”
During this interactive workshop, we learned about acupressure points, herbal remedies, and Qigong techniques designed to manage daily workplace stress and improve sleep quality. Taking care of our health ensures we bring our best selves to work every day!
Fueling Up — Team Lunch
No team event is complete without great food! Following our morning sessions, we gathered around the table for a hearty, buffet-style company meal. Sharing food together offered a relaxed environment to catch up, recharge, and enjoy each other’s company.
Giving Back — Community Outreach at Muhammadiyah Active Ageing Centre
In the afternoon, our team headed out for a meaningful community excursion to the Muhammadiyah Active Ageing Centre (AAC). Spending time with the seniors allowed us to step away from our screens and connect with the broader community.
We engaged in friendly games of Mahjong and participated in art and craft activities alongside the seniors. It was inspiring to see the joy, laughter, and sharp skills shared across generations throughout the afternoon!
Wrapping Up the Day with a Family Photo
We wrapped up our Friday with a group photo featuring team members and senior participants holding up their artwork. It was a fulfilling end to a day packed with productivity, personal wellness, and community connection.
